Within the past month people have stated that my weight loss has shown a huge transformation. I've heard the following phrases and it makes my day each time I hear it!
- I'm looking for Mrs. Shumbera ... (speaking directly to me!)
- You're going to blow away!
- You've made a total transformation
- You look so different
There are many more but those are the highlights!
