It's been a month since I last measured myself. I like to use measurements to see where I have lost the most inches. Apparently, it is my chest (at least this month). Ha! Here is an update:
Upper arms: -2.5 inches
Chest: -7.4 inches
Waist: -13.5 inches
Hips: -11 inches
Thigh: -3.5 inches
I am happy I am finally losing inches in my arms and thighs. They were pretty stagnant for a while there. I'll update with a weigh in tomorrow. Plus, I did a lot of crafting this week to show you!
